Three members of my family, see Dr. Kaplan and Lisa Kuhn for our problems. I have found both of them to be very caring and very helpful. I highly recommend this practice. And I know sometimes it takes a while to get in but if you can get an appointment first with the clinical nurse practitioner and that will help you get in to see Dr. Kaplan sooner.

I was a patient with Dr. Kaplan 15 years ago. And every time I had a appointment and I would take the day off because I was at the mercy of the receptionist. I would get a phone call on my way there and it was canceled. And I pointed out if I would have canceled my appointment I would have been charged 50 dollars. We all know the nasty one. Dr. Blair is a good doctor, but the receptionist, you know the one I’m talking about, is very rude!! I bite my tongue every time I have to talk to her. 😡. Dr. Blair is leaving that office, and so am I.
I wouldn't know. They refuse to pick up the phone. You have to leave a message and you are told don't leave multiple messages because it will cause a delay in call back. Their office is the delay in call back because I called 6 days ago.
