Dr.Kaplan saw me for a painful toe nail/ toe injury. I had been in pain for days. They were able to get me in the day I called. He and office staff were pleasant and welcoming. He evaluated, took X-rays and alleviated the injury during our 20 minute visit. I’m so grateful. I’m pain free less than 24 hours later.

Dr. Kaplan was unprofessional and dismissive. I brought my child to check on a toenail that had fallen off. When I mentioned that a friend had a bad experience with a similar situation and suggested I consult a doctor, Dr. Kaplan responded, " Is your friend a doctor?" I was relieved that there were no medical concerns, but the reason I came was to get that confirmation from a professional. The doctor did not order X-ray nor MRI and told me to continue doing palates even though that was what hurt my foot in the first place! No diagnosis, no help. It got worse and worse and now I can't all week at all.
