Kaplan Construction conducted a $6 million construction project for Tremont on the Common. A new Lobby, Fitness Room, Resident Lounge, Pool Deck and 21 Residential Hallways. They did a great job communicating with us and our residents to ensure as little disruption to the normal rhythm of our community.
