Our experience was not at all good.. the administration was a night mare. We had our routine checkup (wellness check up that are covered 100% by most insurances) and something with the billing and codes that were used did not work with insurance company. We asked the billing department to comply, clarify, justify, modify or offer solutions so its processed, but the person was rude and adamant. Their great! I would tell everyone to go their. Both my children go their and its a great experience every time.
I wouldn't recommend them. They were very rude and uncaring.
I reccomend this for everyone in the state of kentucky. even though the waiting list is too long it is well worth every min.
