Buyers beware. A deal even written and signed by management does not mean a thing. We ordered a vehicle 7 months prior to its arrival with an agreement at MSRP + fees. The order was taken, entered, kept up to date on progress, a PO was assigned with our name on the order. Later vin was assigned, and the vehicle was built and shipped. Hello,My name is **************, Im the owner of a Jaguar I-PACE that I bought at Jaguar of Norwood. On Friday around 11 AM my Jaguar had gotten a flat tire. It was a snow emergency day, no street parking allowed, and was very cold outside. I immediately contacted Jaguar Roadside assistance but the help arrived more than 9 hours later, at 8:54PM.
