Thorough, knowledgeable and kind.
Dr. Kaplan was fine, although a pair of glasses that I have he told me were for reading and they are definitely not. The glasses that I got from him were perfect for computer work but the frames were cheap. In 6 months the frame around one of the lenses broke and I only wear them at work and they stay on my desk. I don't even fold them away in a case. They do not get hard wear or handling.
Cheap glasses. I had my glasses for a year and the frame where goes over ear then to the eye glass frame broke off and to tape it.
