Security is the best part of the building. The front desk people are really nice and professional. Very helpful, very kind. The cleaning ladies are also so nice and do a great job. Neighbors are always very kind, keep to themselves mostly but when interacted with, very warm. My neighbor's dog barks a lot, but they're working on it. Good to know that you can hear someone else's dog with all the doors closed though. You can also hear your upstairs neighbor a lot, no voices, just a lot of stomping and drilling.
