Dr Gulati means difficulty getting appointments, rude staff, and poor communication. It is dfficult to get any appointments because he's out of the county for weeks at a time. And when you do call the office the woman who answers is rude and unhelpful. He was my dad's PCP and not only did he not check on him even once in the two months he was hospitalized, he responded to exactly zero of our messages and calls looking for advice or assistancw during this difficult time.
