I never sit in the waiting room for extended lengths of time my appointment time and my time with Dr.Chatrath is usually within One hour.
UPDATE: Saw a younger Doctor with NEWER education & she took him off the medicine ordered by Chatrath. Our first experience with this office, was that a voicemail was left regarding prescription refill and the call was not returned. Had to call back and ask why the call wasn't returned, was told by a younger gentleman that the voicemail 'must have been deleted'.
