She does my preventive care and a partial. Her staff is very courteous and cooperative.
I don't know anyone who wouldn't love Paula Kapec! She takes her time with you, makes sure you are comfortable each step of the way while performing procedures, and is a genuinely caring person. Prices are in line with most general dentists (may even be a little less than some). I always had a fear of dentists, but actually can say that I look forward to my visits (enjoy seeing her and her staff). My experience was the complete opposite of the above reviews. I found The Doctor to be very professional and personable, the staff friendly and inviting and the office itself has a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere.....
Dr Kapec and her staff are fantastic. I have no idea what that earlier reviewer is talking about. Every time I visit her office there is a smile on everyone's face. And who doesn't want to see smiles and happy people when they have to go to the dentist! Dr Kapec has been around a long time (very experienced), is super knowledgable, has a great bedside manner, and I would highly recommend her to any of my family and friends!
I've been to her office a number of times and have found her staff to be so friendly and pleasant. If you are looking for a great dentist, you've found her. She is so thorough and explains everything so I can understand it. I recommend this dentist to anyone.
Who LIKES going to the dentist? I don't. I've had a number of dental problems over the years, some created by incompetent dentists. That changed once I started seeing Dr. Kapec. Her staff and office are inviting and comfortable. I felt like I was finally seeing a dentist who not only knew her stuff but actually cared about me as a person. My whole family goes there now. I would recommend, to anyone who is asking, that they make an appointment with Dr. Kapec. Your mouth will be happier you did! :-)
