I recently had my 75 year-old original hardwood floors refinished by Kapalua Floors and they did an amazing job on them!! Pat and Gary showed up on time every day, they worked so hard, were both very polite and cleaned up thoroughly each day. These floors have always been covered by carpeting and the transformation is incredible!! I went with the provincial stain and it is stunning!! We were referred to Kapalua Floors by our best friend who used them, and we are so glad we chose them. Pat, Gary, and Pat (the owner) did an amazing job on our floors. From start to finish, they explained the process clearly, worked incredibly hard, and made sure everything was truly dust free. Pat and Gary did a such an excellent job repairing, and refinishing our floor. I would Highly recommend them to anyone. They arrived on time each day. They have equipment that leaves very little to no dust behind. We couldn’t be happier with the way our Floor turned out.
Kapalua Floors did an amazing job! Pat was great to work with-he & Deanna communicated really well, and his crew worked hard, showed up when they said they would, dust was kept to a minimum, they cleaned up every day- and were respectful & polite to boot. We couldn't be more pleased with our beautiful new hardwood floors!
Great service, I was very happy with Pat & his staff. Also very accommodating to the elderly.
