The stairs look amazing! Patrick came out assessed the situation gave recommendations, estimate and time line. He made a custom stain color that was exactly what we wanted. Pat and Gary did a fantastic job. Their dedication and work ethic made completing the job a full day early possible. Completely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and a credit to the company. We selected Kapalua to refinish two of our wood floors in the main part of our house. Patrick and his crew are amazing. They come ready to work and have an amazing eye for detail. Communication was so easy and pleasant. I cannot recommend this company enough for my beautiful updated floors!
We had the BEST experience with this company. Pat and his team were amazing. From his from initial visit, he explained everything thoroughly.
