Extremely confusing and unprofessional experience. Dr. Kapadia is nice on the phone and seems to be caring in nature but is a fast talker. You have to keep up to gather everything she explains. Her telemed appointments are within a 3 - 5 hour window based on my experience. Her office assistant Eve, seems nice but you can tell she has an attitude.
