We bought 4-5 rugs 15 years ago and they are amazing. Kaouds does a terrific job of cleaning them with pick up an delivery. Great to have them on the Shoreline!

You were very nasty to your customer yesterday (my mother), Randy Kaoud. As the founder of a company, you should know better. After your customer got her rug cleaned and she was inquiring about getting cupping, you told her to "take her rug and leave.!" Very rude and disrespectful, especially after she gave you her business. Shame!
We had a very good experience with Kaouds. We bought a very nice hand knotted rug there and thought they were honest and easy to deal with (no pressure sale tactics). They had a good selection of oriental and tribal rugs. We would definitely return here for future purchases.
