Wanted to write an honest review on my surgery and experience with Dr. Kao and his team. GOD COMPLEX and will gaslight you! I was referred to Dr Kao several years ago for DeQuervains. First treatment was a cortisone shot and immobilization. This doctor does not use ultrasound for those and injected my radial nerve instead of the tendon causing PERMANENT nerve damage. Refused to take any accountability. I am now receiving prolotherapy at another Hand Clinic to try to negate some of this permanent damage. I booked for a breast reduction and I’ve had a few friends come to him for it and it was completely covered under OHIP. I went to him a month ago and it is covered under OHIP but he is charging me $5000 for the liposuction part of my breasts that is mandatory he says. He says he just started to charge this amount to patients.
