Suddenly decided someone's insurance card was not correct when the copy they have on file does not have critical information and the one the patient has does not expire for at least a year also is charging the patient more then what's stated on the patients physical card furthermore was not kind or understanding when handing a mostly blind patient a form to fill out when they should have all that information on file "fill this out" not "were asking everyone to update information" I hope the approach difference is understood ... read more
If the practise is as large as the website suggests then why is there no one, not even a service to answer phones at 11 am on a Friday. Even scheduling goes to an answering machine.
