Very professional. Came in the home replaced 6 windows. Pleasant to work with. They were in and out quickly. Took all broken glass and cleaned everything up. I would highly recommend them. I will have them do work for us again. Better pricing than other companies. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.
Cons: We had to initiate communication with them for everything concerning the work they did for us. I had to call to see if they received my request for a quote, to schedule someone to measure, and for install. There were never any calls to ensure we had properly picked out what we wanted. And when we communicated to the individual who came to measure what our desires were, it was different than the quote. I wasn't needing new glass for a shower enclosure or glass for a large job, just a piece of glass for a picture frame, but I was treated like a customer who needed something more expensive done. I appreciate that type of service and will definitely keep KanView Glass' name handy for the next time I am needing glass work done at our home.
