On 02/11/2025 I posted a negative review for Kanso Milford The review was in regards to energy inefficient design of the utility closet located on the balcony. The owner replied to my review the next day, but the review itself was removed by business from public viewing. So I am puzzled - was it an honest mistake or deliberate action?
Alex has been great, I have had a few maintenance requests that have been handled immediately.
I have resided in the property for 7 months now. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Alex who attended a maintenance request I had submitted and wow! Wow, wow, wow what an experience. From the moment I was contacted by him to confirm it was ok for him to enter my apartment, to having the pleasure of meeting him, what a wonderful experience! Love it here!
I have really enjoyed living in this community. Everyone has been friendly and kind. The few times we needed to contact maintenance they have been wonderful. Lauren in particular has been super kind. I also want to compliment the young man who cleans the buildings and takes care of the parking lot. He is shy but super nice (and shy). I don't know what his name is but he has been helpful to me by holding the door open when I help my elderly mom in and out of the building. My experience has been wonderful at our newish home :)
