Look elsewhere ! The community has gone downhill, management doesn’t really address concerns and there is so much better options out there with so much more to offer then what you pay for here !
I haven’t moved in yet but I had deliveries sent early so I had to ask if maintenance could help me retrieve my packages. He went above and beyond to help me get my packages and my mail. Such a pleasant guy. Look forward to speaking with him again.

Overall it was a nice place but the rent was ridiculous for a place with no amenities. Plus the charge for electricity was worst than anywhere I’ve ever been, and I’m very cheap so I plug things out and turn lights off when I leave a room. Also when you leave they charge for normal wear and tear, especially scuff marks on the paint and they use the flattest paint so everything makes a mark.
