RecommendedHer expertise clearly is in the works. I have had neck problems for YEARS since I took a yoga class at a college back in 2010. I didn't see a doctor about it because I didn't want to get my favorite college in trouble (the instructor actually pulled me up to do the headstand pose). My doctor referred me to her for other health reasons (high level of stress from work). I am beyond the moon pleased to say that my chronic neck problem (more likely some kind of muscular issue) has diminished!!! So grateful!!
