I like to leave good reviews, but can't. I used kansasland in Pittsburg a lot and had pretty good service. Recently got a set of new tires in Liberal. I was in Garden City the other day and had a leaky tire. I took it in to have it repaired. They were busy and I was willing to wait the hour and a half I did and was never pushy. Told me I needed all new shocks and 2 new tires when I barely bought new tires and it’s a 2022 gmc I’ve owned this truck for a little over 2 weeks
Quick service and great people. Thank you Devin for helping us out. We had a fully loaded trailer with a tire showing its rear end( aka steel belt). They had it replaced and us back on the road in no time.
Called K-land tire Monday evening at 5:29 pm to purchase and have 2 trailer tires put on, however their after hours emergency call center answers the phone and stated that they were closed I could come back in the morning or she could try to attempt to contact an after hours technician, I continue to drive to the Garden City, KS location while speaking with the clerk, 27 minutes later I arrived at K-land location while still answering questions after arriving at the tire shop, all the shop doors except for 1 with 2 guys ther... read more
Terrible customer service I walked in and nobody talked to me and when I tried asking for help I was directed to another employee then he was just giving a really nasty attitude for no reason I ended up walking out.
