Jack and Rick went above and beyond for me! So thankful for people like them!!! They made a bad experience so much better!!!!!!! Thanks again to ya’ll Brenda Longwell It was an ok service this time considering it was very expensive, and when u don’t really have someone to rely on for transportation it makes it worse when they end up having your vehicle for days and over a weekend due to not having the parts. Another case of taking advantage of women. My wife goes into the store because she works next door and she happened to have a flat while pulling into the lot. They called her and said it couldn’t be fixed. She asked for a “mid-range” tire, because she only drives to work in the car. They say it’ll be $176, literally the most expensive tie they have in the size. I guess we’re too stupid to look this stuff up! Will never go back there again. Trust me, go to Discount Tire! I just needed air in my tires and was treated curiously. I can't get down to do it myself. They didn't charge me for that.

I thought they were pretty good, everything seems expensive to me, but I don't think that they are unfair in their pricing, I think they at least do what they say they will do, that's a plus!
