I’ve been looking for a new mechanic and this Kansasland fits the bill! Rick at this location really helped me out. I was out of town for my daughter’s spine surgery and had a friend drop off my truck which had multiple issues. I was so involved in taking care of my daughter that I forgot to get an estimate from him. I had several estimates from other shops so I knew around what it should cost. Went in for a brake change. So far my car is functioning fine the only thing that bothered me was how unsanitary the inside of the business is. The waiting room is filthy, chairs probably aren't sanitized with wipes, floor rug looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in forever, ceiling has major rain damage. That was merely the waiting room. The restrooms are worse. In the restroom the urinal smells and looks like it hasn't been flushed/cleaned in years. The toilet is the same. Feces stuck on the sides of the bowl. Have to say these guys are the best! I got a quick flat on my truck a few blocks away and Rick the manager and one of his guys came and saved my day. Thank you guys for everything!
