Man, was this shop awesome! I ended up with a flat tire, fought getting a spare on and drove it to this shop late on a Thursday evening. Called first thing on a Friday morning and asked if they would have time to fix my tire that day and had it looked at and diagnosed within an hour!! The lady I spoke to was super nice and helped me through the whole process, as well as kept me updated with every step of the way. Excellent customer service and done ahead of schedule
A few weeks ago, I was at a loss for what to do. I was trying to leave town and the tow lights on my vehicle wouldn’t work, so I could not pull my trailer. I stopped by Kansasland as they were about to close (hated to do that) on a Saturday afternoon, and I got the BEST service from Walker McCollum (store manager) and a mechanic. They never made me feel bad about keeping them from closing, went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me, and tried all they could to get my lights working. Received an overpriced quote on replacing a oil filter gasket. When I asked why it was so high, they said "the whole oil cooler has to be replaced, there's no gasket used there". Bought the gasket that didn't exist for $13.90 and did it myself. Wouldn't recommend anyone else get taken advantage of.
