I am very impressed with the staff at Nebraskaland Tire. After breaking down on I-80, we we're able to limp into their shop. They were straight forward and honest. My VW Passat's issues were beyond what they were comfortable with doing. Being stranded late in the day, we needed to spend the night in Lexington. The shop manager personally brought us to the hotel and arranged a ride to Kearney to rent a car. He also found a shop in Kearney that could work on our VW while we continued our trip to Denver. Had a flat on my motorhome near town.....a Google search and a phone call had a new pair on hold and waiting for me to show up. In the morning their team immediately got to work on my truck....I think it was more than they expected, however Colleen pulled up her boots and got the guys to work. Thank you for the great service!
Great group of people and very helpful. They got us in got the problem fixed. Great staff.
If your internet site advertises 24 hour tire service.. you proably should. At least your service truck driver should answer the phone.. or get his mail box set up..
