Sellers BEWARE! Larry Riggs with Kansaland Realty & Auction has refused to bring a written offer to his client for a property in Zürich, Kansas with only standard contract language; this offer is 98.2% of the asking price. Larry outrightly rejected the offer without consulting his client, possibly losing out on an opportunity to sell the clients home at a very competitive price.
