I just completed a 7 month rental with Kansas Self Storage, and I'm very impressed with the facility. Conveniently located right off I-35, priced right, well kept grounds, solid/secure clean units, the Manager Glen is super nice, professional, knowledgeable on unit availability, accommodating with dates, always answers the phone, and love that it is a PRIVATELY OWNED business!!! Overpriced and if you don't get out by the 1st you lose your cleaning deposited even if you clean it really really good. They will NOT PRORATE EVEN 3 DAYS.
Great place, grounds are always kept up. Sometimes hard to communicate with or get a return call from the Wellsville location. The Eudora facility answers the phone every time. Just ended a long term rental on 12/27/21
