Rude and unhelpful We were in the middle of buying our first house, a co-worker had recommended we try dg county title. I called and left a message to have someone contact me. I never got a return call. I ended up having to call them back again. They seemed like I was bothering them, by bringing my business to them. I looked into having them do our title work and decided against it just because of the attitude of the workers. I don't mind paying more money, as long as it doesn't go to this company.

It was my first time purchasing a home in Kansas. but when I arrived to sign papers for the home I bought, the title company had signed with the sellers and they had gone already. I had been told they would be there and any questions would be addressed at that time. We were to meet at the same time for the signing. they did not have a walk thru done, and things were not in order for signing. I was not pleased with their lack of professionalism... read more
