Very difficult to work with. They required some documents to complete closing, despite having the necessary documentation on hand. After a long process to get their documents to another part of the country to be notarized and sent DIRECTLY back to them, out of pocket expenses I did not have, & a very long delay - they insisted on an impossible scenario to have the interested party present despite having notorized confirmation to move forward.
