I absolutely love Kansas Secured Title. They've closed many real estate purchases for me and I've been satisfied at every table. They're accommodating, warm and friendly and have just enough locations in the Wichita area that I don't have to close in another realtor's office location if I don't want to. I appreciate the good experiences, time after time.

My best advice is to not use this company. They told me that I had to use a mobile notary that they provided. They didn’t even give me the option of closing in person. Then they charged me $300 for the service without ever telling me that there was a charge for it. Watch out for hidden charges and other possible unethical practices with these people.
