Rented tables for a wedding. They brought the wrong tables. The owner and worker played off of each other acting as if the other was the boss and in charge in order to avoid responsibility. We ended up going to the rental facility to return the tables ourselves and pick up the correct tables. An employee led us to the tables we were to take in a warehouse filled with rat poop, tables covered in pee and a dog pen covered with feces. Rented a variety of items for a wedding that is tomorrow (May 15). These items were ordered in March 2021. Dylan went over the items with us that day and confirmed drop off date at the venue. Simple and straightforward experience. Fast forward to today (again, the day before the wedding). Bruce calls us and confirms we are picking up the items and that he had no overlaying tablecloths in the color that we had specified. We go to Kansas Rental and go over the receipt. We had to return faulty equipment 2 times and it never did work but they still charged the 2 hour minimum. The deposit of 25 dollars we gave them was returned but not in full!! The man working behind the counter was rude and he rents equipment that doesn't even work What a waste of time and money I'd never use them again!!
I rented an auger from this place a few weeks back and the man who was working that day rented me an insufficient auger. Meaning the holes it dug were not wide enough, I also had incredible difficulty getting the auger to dig the holes in general. However, I feel that the gentleman who was working at the store should have known what type of auger I needed in order to complete this project (I believe that is his job). We strive to give the customer the best equipment for the job, that they describe to us.... we can only recommend what item to use... the decision on which item to rent is ultimately the customers responsibility. Diameter of the holes is something we always ask, so as to recommend the auger to use, but the decision to rent is ALWAYS on the customer. If the customer doesn't give us proper information, then it is tough to make good suggestions. We cannot FORCE anyone to rent anything.
