I lived at the property I am at for over 4 years and had no problems with it or the original landlord, but since KPS and Ayanna Stidham has taken over it has been a nightmare. The ceiling leaks and water floods in from the door and walls when it rains. Amos was great!! - we had an OLD house in Augusta that after the cold snap in January I was done with. Amos came out and gave me an offer we felt was adequate. We signed the contract 2 days after him giving a verbal contract. We closed when I wanted and had no issues - easy peasy process (took a month just b/c we had to move what we wanted out).
