I brought a driveshaft in to have lengthened and ask them to replace all of the U joints and the carrier bearing. Get my bill they overcharged me and then they only replaced 1 out of the 3 U joints. Then they told me if I brought it back in they would charge me for the 2 U joints which is fine but then I have to pay to rebalance it. Excuse me you guys are the ones that forgot the other 2U joints please explain to me why I have to pay to re-balance shaft you messed up on

RecommendedMy 18 speed transmission began giving troubles in southern Iowa on a Saturday afternoon. After a conversation with Chuck about my situation it was determined that I could limp it in as it was. My truck was in the shop and on the ramps by 7am Monday morning.
