I don't see where the bad review came from -- I got very prompt, same day service, the price was better than quoted by any of the other door companies and the track/roller repairs were completed in about a half hour. Everything runs much quieter now that the rollers were upgraded and much less strain on the opener. Thanks Allen for a great job.
I am very impressed with these guys. I had a problem with my garage door this morning; a few hours later I didn't. Because the people at Overhead Door are just that good. The office staff was great and the guy who fixed my door was exceptional. Everyone was prompt and professional and did a great job. I highly recommend them. You couldn't ask for better.
Brandon arrived on time. He quickly verified that I had a broken spring, and that he had the parts on the truck. He made good eye contact, and smiled easily. Good guy! I would definitely use him again. He replaced both springs, and upgraded a plastic part with a steel one, lubed the springs and rollers, and had it all done in 30 minutes! His price was nice, better than those you find when you Google the cost. I would highly recommend him to friends and family!
