The Doctors and nurses were wonderful. The billing department is worthless. Heave BC BS of North Carolina. They it to Ks and refused to reprocess. Have had this policy for almost 30 years. We are constantly explaining the difference. Billing would not work with me. So therefore I cancelled my upcoming appt and will go else where. My suggestion would be don’t go here
Terrible customer service. The "specialist" could not answer basic questions and kept deflecting my inquiries to the original doctor that charged me for saying there was no reason for me to have even come into the office.
