I went to the Andover ER and I was in and out in less than an hour. The staff was amazing from start to finish! It’s unfortunate that I had to go to the ER, but I will only use this location for any further ER visits! Kudos to the entire team!!!
The night shift is terrible. Bad attitudes and non attentive and when someone is low on blood sugar, that’s deadly when no one comes. The upper management is who we blame. Very short staffed. The food however is very good. We won’t come back
The hospital was very clean, and hygiene was well-maintained.
They just don't care. 6 nurses sitting there chatting. 2 hours waiting and still not seen. Told they only have 1 doctor but with only 3 cars in the parking lot it shouldn't take this long. Try somewhere else. Trust me. I left after waiting 2 hours
