Arrogant and insulting insurance. Unprofessional.
Service from this broker has declined over the years. I struggled to get clear quotes that matched my stated requirements and just found out that when they sold me my current policy, they did not communicate required details. Their responses to the issue have been unhelpful and make me feel unsafe/insecure with my insurance coverage. I have gotten much better support that actually shows some concern for me as a customer directly from the insurance provider.
