Beware of predatory billing practices. This company read a CT performed by another provider. I received no bill. 3 months later I received a call that I was being turned over to collections. Attempting to contact billing is a most frustrating experience. Expect to spend half a day and not receive any assistance at all. They informed me my insurance had rejected their claim. Insurance showed nothing filed. DO NOT PAY THEIR bill outright as they are probably charging you what you do not owe....!!!
When Calling Billing they are always closed? - 8,9,10am doesnt matter, they are closed! Unable to speak to a Live Person :( I called Radiology and got a live person! but when asked to speak with billing I got nowhere. I think they dont want to be paid?
Very knowledgeable associates they go out of their way to make your experience comfortable.
