Office staff was kind enough to let us make a six hour round trip drive for a 10 min visit with doctor and failed to communicate this could of been a 10 min teleconference. Very disrespectful of patient time, and made minimal effort to communicate this.
I took my 87 year old mom to her appointment here. I brought my 5 month old and my 13 year old who has special needs along with me. They have always gone everywhere with me without any hassle and there has always been understanding. I know we are living in Covid times, but there needs to be some consideration for special circumstances and special needs. When we got through the door, a woman was tending to the Covid table.
