Dr. Zayat and his staff on the Gastroenterology side of the practice were all pleasant and great to deal with during my initial appointment. The Kansas Endoscopy (suite 107) was terrible from the moment I stepped into the reception area. The receptionist was extremely rude and out of sorts (later found out from overhearing a conversation this was due to a policy change the day before that she didn’t agree with).
