We took a heavy duty forklift to Kansas Forklift and have not been happy with the result. Work was done without prior authorization. Repairs also took 2-3 weeks longer than estimated. Yesterday, we picked it up and it broke down 3 times on the short trip to our location. Today we have a 1 1/2 page list of leaks a day later that were to have been repaired. We spent over \$3,000 for work. The owner of Kansas Forklift has not responded to our calls or messages.
