Easy to use flexible payment options. Great app to manage my payments. Great service over the camera at the terminal to finish my storage unit.Like to return stay keys and lock. Great, great experience. Overall, nice clean units with good security and accessible.Most of the day on all days of the week. It's really great that they're provide the lock in keys for you.

There is never nobody in the office and never answers the phone so we can change the name on the unit it’s been almost a month and still waiting for the unit to be changed in my name and can’t get anything I need out of the unit that I need ….

I have rented a unit for about a year. I pay $70 for their smallest unit. If you don’t pay your rent by the last day of the month they disable your code and put a red master lock on your unit. This is all listed out in the lease agreement, but still caught me off guard. It can take some time for them to remove the red master locks which is SO ANNOYING, but again it’s in the lease so I can’t be mad.
