Terrible customer service every single time! I will be requesting the VA send me elsewhere even if it takes even longer than this company already does to receive care. The Dr is very kind but is very busy as well. I have to take off of work for these appointments and I deal with ALL OF THE Public Service issues, and still do it kindly. You can show people human decency to speak when they come in or let them know if it will be a little longer, which they somehow did to everyone else. Very professional and likable
I was extremely disappointed to learn today that this office charges $60 for a staff member to simply sign a completed application for Kansas Talking Books Services for established patients who have vision issues. The application requires a simple signature (not a certification) from a doctor, optometrist, therapist, librarian, registered nurse, case worker or educator.
