Outstanding doctor who listens to his patients and explains what he is doing and why. Efficient and helpful staff that returns phone calls. I highly recommend these folks.

I became a patient at Kansas Diabetes and Endocrinology, LLC following my total thyroidectomy in 2024, despite some of the online reviews I had read. I was treated by Emma Wingert, PA, who monitored my thyroid labs and managed my medication. Terrible customer service every single time! I will be requesting the VA send me elsewhere even if it takes even longer than this company already does to receive care. The Dr is very kind but is very busy as well. I have to take off of work for these appointments and I deal with ALL OF THE Public Service issues, and still do it kindly. You can show people human decency to speak when they come in or let them know if it will be a little longer, which they somehow did to everyone else.
