Anthony was very pleasant to deal with. They gave me a fair price for my trade in, and worked to find a good lender with the best interest rate. Satisfied with my experience and will refer them to others.

Everything went bad with them .. they didnot cover the warranty and they put wrong information.. I found out air suspension on the car and they didnot tell after I went to Other dealership and told me they were here and they knew the car has some issues .. faking be careful for everyone..

Business response:

Air ride height sensor is not covered under our warranty unfortunately - we cover major engine and transmission problems. We tried to help you find the cheapest quote to fix this problem regardless, but you took it to another dealer who said we were there? Thats a blatant lie.

Liars! I believe truck had been wrecked. Check engine light came on and was diagnosed by auto parts store as turbo liquid cooler being low. It was completely empty. There were other problems with the truck which they failed to reveal. I returned the vehicle the next day and had to stop payment on check in order to stop the transaction. They threatened to sue me for damage to the engine they said I caused. Terrible experience!

Business response:

The truck called for Diesel Exhaust Fluid - you added green coolant. When mixed with Dexcool, the proper coolant, this can cause coolant ports to be clogged. We had to pay $400 for the system to be flushed. The truck had 170k miles - dents and dings are normal.

Great guys! The actual appearance of the dealer was ridiculously bad. They pressure wash the engine bay of the vehicle you’re coming to look at right before you get there. Reduced my confidence in their vehicles with the appearance of their establishment

Business response:

Leighton, we apologize we didn't do everything we could to earn 5 stars. We hire an outside detail company to clean our cars, it must have been a coincidence if they were precisely watching the vehicle you were coming to look at. Sorry for our mess! We are in the middle of a move and covid-19 made us pack, then unpack almost everything. We hope to better serve you in the future.
