RecommendedDr. Neil and his nurse, Bonnie, are fabulous! Dr Neil takes the time to answer all questions, he’s very straight forward and sets realistic expectations. Bonnie has been an integral part in my journey to getting fixed.She fought with insurance to get my surgery approved, she kept me up to date, providing updates frequently. She cares genuinely and is hands down one of the best nurses! I highly recommend Dr. Neil for your spinal needs.
Dr Cates has been my doctor for many years and he is the best. I never worry about my procedures as I know he is taking care of me. I recently had varicose vein treatment with Dr Coates and can hardly believe how good my legs look and feel.

I can't tell if you are open. I just sent a very sick husband out the door to drive there, called to let you know he might be late...and...you're closed?!? I made an appt, but the phone number says you're closed, the answering service doesn't know if you are open, and I tried to contact HCA Midwest and guess who else is also closed???? I know it's Thanksgiving, but as there has to be someone checking in walk-in patients, there is someone there. I just can't reach them...unless you ARE closed and someone just forgot to update... read more

As we are not an urgent care clinic, and as do many offices, we close on the holidays to allow time for our staff to spend with their families. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
