Dr. Nguyen is the best!!! He listens to your concerns and everything!!! Gets to the bottom of the problem!!!! He is awesome!!!!! Again, AWESOME!! My only problem is the surgery scheduler. She's crabby a bit if you bother her too much. My anxiety cannot handle the anticipation for a phone call to even schedule the surgery. I don't care if I have to schedule it a year later, I cannot plan or do anything on months on end til I get a phone call. They called within 2 monthsish, and then schedule the surgery 2 weeks later. They are the most caring and helpful practice. They take great care of my father and I am appreciative to all the staff. Everyone we have interacted with have been amazing and compassionate.
I was not going to review this place but the outcome was terrible. First the scheduler didn't return many messages and never answered when I was put on hold. It took a month of days off to reach someone. I had a hydrocele surgery. Left side was fine before but now is smaller than ever. Right side was the problem side yet it is still larger than ever. If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place dropped my 89 year old mother as a patient because of difficulty in transportation & dementia causing her to reschedule or miss appointments.
Great clinic. Quick and easy experience there. Dr. Nguyen was great and professional.
