They are the most caring and helpful practice. They take great care of my father and I am appreciative to all the staff. Everyone we have interacted with have been amazing and compassionate.
I was not going to review this place but the outcome was terrible. First the scheduler didn't return many messages and never answered when I was put on hold. It took a month of days off to reach someone. I had a hydrocele surgery. Left side was fine before but now is smaller than ever. Right side was the problem side yet it is still larger than ever. If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place dropped my 89 year old mother as a patient because of difficulty in transportation & dementia causing her to reschedule or miss appointments.
Great clinic. Quick and easy experience there. Dr. Nguyen was great and professional.
Dr. herre was nice . They did not check my catheter . It started leaking the.same day when I got home . I can't drive . I'm now going to have to go to ER so they can look at it . His blonde headed nurse was unfriendly . I don't know her name . I was in the exam room for 50 min before being seen !
