Nurse Leslie is the best. Takes time and follows up with you. She is very knowledgeable and keep you informed.
2 catscans 1 MRI revealing kidney stone. 2 months later no call from KCUC on removal process. All I received was a bill for verification. So I called billing Dept. English not spoken correctly to communicate with a simple question.

I’d say my experience was fine and glad they do their due diligence with my urology care. My nurse was great. NP Winkler was great too. However, it’s extremely off putting and unprofessional to have the office staff not acknowledge you when you walk in to be checked in. Both receptionists were on their phones, watching and laughing at videos while I waited for them to notice me.
