Where do I even begin with how great my experience has been. . We had leaks in our roof from a storm. Skylar came out, found multiple other spots that were leaking, and gave us options on how to proceed. My inspector hired Nate to do a pre-listing inspection on my client’s tile roof. He said everything looked great and said he’d give us a report if we needed it. We went under contract and our buyers didn’t use a roofing expert to look at the roof so the general home inspector called out things Nate did not. It rained shortly thereafter and the roof still leaked, so I called back and asked them to fix it. After months of no contact and me reaching out about five different times, I elected to use a different service.
