This office cancelled my husband as a patient due to an unpaid bill that he had no knowledge of. We were surprised to get a bill in the mail stamped FINAL notice since we had not received any previous bills. I quickly paid the bill though my bank, but before the bank could send the check, the practice sent a letter saying they were dropping my husband (after over 20 years) and had cancelled all future appointments.
