This is going to be a long one: How do I give zero stars? Anyone considering going to Crystal Newby for their obgyn care - especially pregnancy care - should look elsewhere. My wife went into Crystal’s office after having bled for 14 days. Crystal came into the room, knowing what my (non-physician) wife had going on, and asked her (my wife) what she thought she (Crystal.. the DOCTOR) should do about it. This rating is for the medical office and not for Dr. Arroyo whom I’ve seen for 28 weeks. He won’t be delivering my baby so I can’t say anything about that but the regular visits I have had with him had been pleasant and reassuring. The office however, had been rather disappointing and unexpected. I informed them of my change of insurance in May. I did my due diligence and never failed to bring it up each visit. RecommendedKarlita & I wanted to take a moment to once again thank Dr. Newby & team for a job well done in delivering our 2nd baby. Dr. Newby also delivered our first baby 2.5 years ago & we can't thank her enough. She is so great. We were worried about things w/ this COVID situation and Newby made it so easy. Thanks again Doctor for delivering the two greatest gifts anyone could ever give us!
There's not enough words to express my appreciation for this practice. I've been with them multiple procedures, and the delivery of my two girls. I've seen every doctor and their NP at some point. Each has respected my intelligence and always provided me with knowledgeable and compassionate care. I'll always recommend their practice to anyone I know looking for OB/GYN care.
Very unprofessional practice, it is very sad that they don’t honor their philosophy, and they don’t know what “empathy” is “, I’m taking about doctors and staff; I will never go back to them or recommend them under any circumstances. They are very expensive for the poor care they give.
Dr. Nichols and team is the best practice around! Their bedside manner, their love, compassion, and all around knowledge is top in the field. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my care! Our family loves you!
