Seven years ago, I bought my first house from Tate. Arguably, I was ignorant to how all of it worked as it was my first home. I always thought it was a great experience and have loved my home for the last seven years. Fast forward to 2021, I decided to move out of state and needed to sell my house, so I reached out to Tate again.
