They are great! I reached out with a referral to Dr. Darwish, got scheduled only a month out, and have been in his capable care ever since. His receptionist Dana is a joy to schedule with and very helpful. The nurses are just as knowledgeable and can get me lab orders with just a phone call. I will add they also have a Quest lab on site to make access even easier for patients which is appreciated. The last thing I'll say is he keeps his clinic very clean and professional looking. My husband just had a follow-up appointment at KC Kidney Specialists, this time with Kristine Ching, APRN (Nurse Practitioner). She was meticulous in reviewing my husband's medical records, medications, and allergies (especially in the light of his recent hospitalization), and discussed options for further treatment by their service. Dr. Darwish and staff are most professional.
True caregivers-Entire Staff. Just completed semi annual exam yesterday, Friday before the exam Amber called me to inform me my labs hadn’t been done. I quickly walked in Quest and got my labs completed. The following Monday I was greeted with a warm, friendly balanced with humor from Dana at the front desk, Dr.Darwish said my labs were so good, again thanks Amber & Dana you both are the best.
The everyone in this office is so nice!! I have not had a medical office that is so easy to work with and everyone is so friendly and accommodating! Dr Darwish is great too! On time and thorough.
