Amazing work
Great experience here from the beginning to end. The front desk ladies were courteous and professional, the Medical assistant who roomed me was very efficient, and the Nurse Practitioner exceeded all expectations. These folks were professional in all aspects. All questions answered.
Making an appointment is impossible. With a referral and records faxed to Belinda, she kept saying they weren't there. Finally, she remembered a fourth folder they could be in. They were there and had been. I was told one day she had only 3 Dr's out of eight on board. Two days later, it was down to 2 Drs. The appointment calendar is closed. I wouldn't be seen anyway for over six months, even if I could make an appointment. Massive thumbs down.
I’d give a zero rating if possible. I’ve never encountered a more blatantly disrespectful staff. Don’t waste your time or risk your health here if you have any other option.
